Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No. 4821), the students up to 23 years who belong to the group of children-victims of Chornobyl disaster in accordance with Clause 27 of the Law "On the Status and Social Security of the Victims of Chornobyl Disaster" (not only those entitled to category 4, as stated by the effective regulation) are entitled to housing, unless they have a place of residence, and to enhanced scholarship irregardless of the place of study in Ukraine, as envisaged by Paragraph 6, Clause 22 of this Law.
